INGREDIENTS
1 Poached egg
1 ounce of grated cheese
Salad cream
1 slice of bread

METHOD
1. Poach the egg
2. Simultaneously toast a slice of bread
3. Put a blob of salad cream on top of the egg
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and grill until the cheese has melted. Serve hot
